Are you an organised, detail-driven professional with experience in accounts payable? Our client is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the finance team, you'll be responsible for:
Logging, maintaining, reconciling, and filing invoices
Matching and coding invoices accurately
Processing payments and obtaining authorisations
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
Liaising professionally with suppliers
Maintaining accurate supplier records and setting up new accounts
Assisting with monthly reports and queries for company accountants
Supporting cash management and bank reconciliation
Generating company reports as required
