About the Role Presto Coffee is looking for a commercially minded operator to join our team on a part-time basis to help drive margin improvement, product efficiency, and commercial clarity across the business. You’ll be a trusted right hand to the founder and leadership team, with direct access to performance data across Amazon, our Website (DTC), Wholesale, Food Service, and Retail channels. This is a high-impact role with a real opportunity to shape how we work, what we prioritise, and how profitable we are as we enter a major phase of scale-up. What You’ll Do Deep-dive into margin performance across all channels Develop and execute a roadmap to drive commercial improvement Introduce clear reporting tools for better product-level decision-making Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting discipline Shape pricing, bundling, promotional, and cost strategies Drive conversations around operational efficiency, cross-channel profitability, and process improvement Optional: if you have supply chain experience, you’ll support efforts to improve stock flow, reduce waste, and tighten up processes — potentially expanding this into a full-time Commercial & Ops role What We’re Looking For Background in commercial finance, FP&A, strategy, or operations Analytical thinker with a love of data and a sharp commercial instinct Skilled in spreadsheet modelling and data interpretation Experience working within ecommerce, FMCG, or retail brands is a major plus Bonus points for experience in supply chain or logistics Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, ever-evolving environment About Presto Coffee Presto Coffee is a fast-growing UK coffee brand with a clear mission: to modernise the instant coffee category and make it better for people and the planet.
