We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join our HR Recruitment and Resourcing team.
As part of the Recruitment and Resourcing team, you will:
1. Deliver high-quality support to recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process, including providing updates on advertising and timelines.
2. Administer the recruitment process from requisition to appointment, maintaining accurate records.
3. Ensure compliance with College policies, regulations, and safeguarding requirements.
4. Produce recruitment reports and support ad hoc HR projects.
5. Maintain excellent customer service and effective communication across HR, the College, and external stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
6. Level 2 maths and English qualifications or the equivalent e.g. GCSE grade C or above, GCSE grade 4 or above
7. Minimum Level 2 in IT or have relevant experience and be a confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel
8. Recent and relevant administrative experience
9. Excellent customer service skills
10. A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in your work
