What you will do: * Manage complex casework related to children in care. * Develop and maintain permanency planning for children, ensuring their wellbeing and safe placements. * Conduct thorough assessments in line with statutory guidance and safeguarding protocols. * Collaborate on court and care proceedings case management. * Engage directly with children and families, conducting visits and meetings to ensure needs are met. Requirements: * Active registration with Social Work England (SWE). * Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children and families, specifically in assessments, safeguarding (Child Protection), and children in care. * Strong understanding of court and care proceedings.
