Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate Learning & Development Advisor to support our L&D Lead in designing and delivering impactful initiatives that build capability, strengthen our culture, and empower our people to thrive. As part of our HR team based at our Head Office in Smallfield, you’ll play a vital role in shaping experiences that help our workforce unlock their full potential. Key Responsibilities: As our Learning & Development Advisor, you’ll play a central role in shaping how our people grow, connect, and thrive. You will: Partner with the L&D Lead to bring our Learning and Development strategy to life. Champion our performance management initiative, providing training, coaching, and support to empower individuals and line managers. Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops that inspire and energise. Build and manage relationships with external training providers to ensure high-quality learning opportunities. Keep accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes, ensuring insights drive future improvements. Track, evaluate, and report on the impact of learning and cultural initiatives, celebrating successes and identifying areas for growth. Support the design, delivery, and ongoing development of e-learning platforms and tools. Develop strong, valued relationships with colleagues across the business, acting as a trusted advisor. Contribute to the creation and delivery of tailored training and engagement programmes that support organisational goals. Design and refresh training and engagement materials in innovative, accessible formats. Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and best practices to continuously enhance our learning offering. Experience/skills Required: You are passionate about people and driven by the belief that learning transforms organisations. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Proven experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar role. CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development (or equivalent experience). Experience creating engaging learning content across a variety of formats (in-person, digital, e-learning, video, audio). Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities. A track record of delivering impactful induction and onboarding programmes. Excellent relationship-building skills and stakeholder management expertise. Confidence in communicating at all levels, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); LMS management experience is an advantage. Attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive, problem-solving approach. A natural ability to facilitate learning experiences that inspire, motivate, and support learners of all levels.
