Account Director – Cybersecurity Consultancy
We’re working with a leading UK cybersecurity consultancy specialising in Penetration Testing, SOC services, and wider InfoSec solutions. As they continue to scale, they’re hiring an experienced Account Director to own and grow a portfolio of existing clients across mid‑market and enterprise.
You’ll be the strategic link between technical delivery and commercial success – focused on deepening client relationships, identifying upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, and ensuring smooth renewals. What you’ll be doing:
* Managing a portfolio of existing clients across multiple sectors
* Driving revenue growth through upsell, cross‑sell, and renewals
* Acting as a trusted advisor – translating client needs into tailored solutions
* Collaborating with technical teams to ensure delivery excellence
* Reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and performance
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in account management or client success in cybersecurity or tech consulting
* A commercial mindset with a track record of growing key accounts
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills
* Knowledge of Pen Testing, SOC, or InfoSec services is highly desirable
