Senior Finance Manager role at AllPoints Fibre Networks. The successful candidate will manage accounts and business partnering, ensuring accuracy and integrity of management accounts, enhancing financial reporting and partnering with other departments.

What You Will Be Doing
* Manage and coordinate the preparation, analysis, and delivery of accurate and timely management accounts to support effective business decision-making.
* Ensure financial integrity and drive performance analysis.
* Lead internal and external audit processes and support statutory accounts preparation.
* Drive automation of Financial Control team processes and controls.
* Act as a senior finance business partner to operational teams, providing data-driven advice and financial support.
* Lead the preparation and review of audit working papers for internal and external audits, and attend audit planning meetings.
* Prepare and supervise the preparation of annual and monthly audit documentation, working papers, and other audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and compiling monthly group and entity management accounts and financial statements.
* Reviewing journal entries to ensure accuracy; managing monthly close schedule.
* Co-ordinating monthly commentary to accompany management accounts.
* Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations and providing ad hoc analyses, reports, and commentary.
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting with FP&A in collaboration with department heads.
* Continuing development and evaluation of internal controls and processes.
* Supporting statutory accounts preparation by providing requested information and support.
* Contributing to Finance’s continuous improvement activities.
About You
Ideal candidates will have strong financial and commercial acumen, the ability to distill large data sets into actionable insights, and a robust controls environment. You should communicate clearly with financial and non-financial colleagues.

* Effective communicator with stakeholders; able to build trusted relationships.
* Proactive, independent, and able to deliver quality output under tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail, prioritisation, and time management.
* Delivery-oriented with the ability to set and achieve goals/targets.
* Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
* Professional accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA).
Desirable Criteria
* Knowledge of ERP systems.
* Telco or technology industry experience.
