Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
* Maintaining a happy and engaged team through 1:1 meetings, incentives, and recognition
* Conducting inductions for all new starters in line with company procedures
* Managing Junior Sous Chefs to ensure training standards are met
* Mentoring new team members for a positive working environment
* Ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
* Managing food inventory and supply orders
* Maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment as needed
* Collaborating with kitchen staff and management for timely food service
* Handling customer complaints related to food quality or service
* Treating everyone with respect and remaining calm at all times

Required Qualifications & Experience:

* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, capable of multitasking
* A proactive self-starter with good judgment, able to work independently
