A Fantastic Opportunity: Low Carbon Advisor As part of the Customer Inclusion team, you ll offer both phone-based and communityfocused assistance, giving impartial advice on technologies such as EVs and charging, solar and battery systems, heat pumps, smart meters, and LED solutions. You ll bring a practical, peoplecentred approach and a strong commitment to supporting all customers, especially those who may need additional help. You will also help design and deliver community advice sessions across the North West, ensuring everyone can access trusted, inclusive guidance. Working with colleagues and partners, you ll promote the service, strengthen collaboration, and contribute to positive outcomes for customers and communities. You will have experience in the energy sector or the ability and motivation to develop strong knowledge of lowcarbon technologies, enabling you to provide confident, accurate, and empowering advice. You ll bring knowledge of funding schemes, grants, and retrofit or energyefficiency support, along with a strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, accessible guidance for a wide range of customers. With an understanding of the causes and impacts of vulnerability, you will demonstrate strong risk awareness and safeguarding skills, knowing when and how to escalate concerns appropriately. Most importantly, you ll be a solutionfocused problem solver who can deliver practical, tailored energy advice that empowers individuals and communities.
