Role Overview:
As a Learning Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of young minds and gaining valuable experience in a primary school in the Bath / Trowbridge area. Your adaptable and interchangeable skills will be put to excellent use in classrooms, working closely with teachers and students to enhance the learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support educators in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
* Assist in classroom management and student engagement.
* Provide one-on-one and group assistance to students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to create innovative learning resources.

The ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working with children or in a role with transferrable skills. We may also consider the right candidate with strong personal experiences.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
* A passion for education and a desire to inspire young learners.
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
* Available on a Short Term & Long Term basis
* Enhanced DBS Check and placed on the Update Service
* Fluent English language and writing skills as you will be working with additional needs.
* Over the age of 18

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
