Supervise the production activities in the site and ensure the activities are performed in a safe and health way.
1. ensure the production team, both own employees and subcontractors perform their activities considering safety and health as the highest priority
2. motivate people to report unsafe/unhealthy behaviours/issues
3. ensure exploitation according to the rules as set in the permits and develop a yearly workplan to be approved by the local authorities
