Worker Type: Permanent Purpose • Providing, and overseeing the provision of, exceptional legal services to our London Branch and French subsidiary operations and continue to deepen the integration between the UK, European and offshore locations • Identifying and proactively managing legal, regulatory and reputational risks (including providing recommendations for simplification, enhancements and delivering change where required). • Building strong relationships with the Corporate & Institutional Bank business through the provision of legal excellence and strategic advice (particularly on regulatory matters) at appropriate leadership forums (including the London and Paris Risk Leadership team). Key Decisions • Decisions related to team composition, structure and priorities • Sign-off/approval in relation to legal risk matters, legal documentation, and legal advice prepared for and provided to the London and Paris business and operations of Corporate & Institutional Banking.
