Project Manager | Cambridge
Our client is looking for a proactive and dependable Project Manager to oversee multiple cross-functional initiatives within a fast-moving product development setting. This position calls for a strategic, adaptable leader who excels at managing uncertainty, fostering collaboration across varied teams, and driving meaningful outcomes. You’ll play a key role in guiding products from initial concept through to launch, ensuring close coordination between engineering, manufacturing, and business functions.
The Role:
Project Delivery: Oversee internal initiatives from kickoff through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Team Alignment: Partner with key functions, including Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and IT, to maintain clear alignment on objectives and execution.
Planning & Implementation: Create comprehensive project schedules, allocate resources effectively, assess potential risks, and develop proactive mitigation plans.
Change Enablement: Contribute to organizational transformation efforts, promoting the smooth implementation and adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.
Key Skills and Experience:
+Demonstrated success in overseeing several hardware or technology development initiatives at once.
+Strong knowledge of the end-to-end product development process, particularly within hardware and embedded system environments.
+Exceptional organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced settings.
+Strong proficiency in project management and planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Excel.
