AS THE SUPERVISOR, CARDIOPULMONARY & CARDIOPULMONARY REHAB, you'll be responsible to execute direct administration of the Respiratory Therapy, Sleep Lab and Lung Center Departments. The supervisor assists in developing and implementing a strategic plan for the growth and development of respiratory therapy, sleep lab and lung center services.
Qualifications
* Must have current PA Respiratory Therapist License or temporary practice permit
* Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or a health related field, preferred
* Must have a minimum of Three years' experience in acute Respiratory Therapy setting
* Two years' management experience in acute care, preferred
* Must have Healthcare Provider (CPR) certifications
* Must have effective communication and collaboration skills with physician and all other members of the health care team
* Must have a progressive and successful work history
