About the Role
We’re looking for confident and motivated Sales People to join our expanding team.
This is a sales-focused role. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your sales career and become part of a company where hard work is rewarded and progression is genuinely encouraged.
Responsibilities
* Engaging with warm inbound leads and generating new business through outbound calling and lead generation
* Taking clients through a full fact-finding process to understand their needs
* Recommending the right private medical insurance policies from leading providers
* Building trust and rapport to close sales and achieve monthly targets
Required Skills
* High-performing sales individuals with a proven track record of success
* Ambitious salespeople who are ready to take the next step in their career
* Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales
* Previous exposure to lead generation and cold calling
* Excellent capacity to retain and learn new information
* A resilient, tenacious attitude and the ability to self-motivate
* Strong communication skills and confidence when working under pressure
* A drive to succeed and progress within a growing company
* Health insurance background not required. Full training provided
Pay range and compensation package
* £25,000 basic salary
* Realistic £60,000+ OTE with uncapped commission
