A key position within our client's Commercial team, responsible for managing a personal book of commercial clients. The role suits a confident communicator who can handle the full client lifecycle — from administration and MTAs to renewals and client retention. Key Responsibilities: Manage your own portfolio of commercial clients from onboarding through to renewal Handle all administration, mid-term adjustments, documentation and client queries Broke and negotiate renewals to secure accurate, competitive cover options Identify and maximise cross‑sell and upsell opportunities Maintain a professional, solutions‑focused approach to all client interactions Ensure compliance with internal processes and FCA requirements Maintain accurate records and client files Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a commercial insurance broker At least 2 years' experience using Acturis Strong planning and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident problem‑solving and negotiation abilities Professional work ethic and ability to communicate at all levels Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and development
