Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SABP) has opened new Mental Health Inpatient Service in Chertsey, Surrey. Silverwood contains four adult inpatient wards. Our ambition is to transform inpatient mental healthcare for our local population.
We are excited to be recruiting a talented Senior Administrator for our new hospital to help us to grow our established and experienced team.
The new unit provides 64 beds all with single ensuite bedrooms, two lounges and a dedicated garden for each ward, as well as a woodland area for supervised walks.Free parking is available to all our colleagues working at Silverwood.
We are looking for a pro-active, conscientious, and reliable person to work as a full-time Ward Administrator in our friendly and supportive team.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the provision of a high quality administrative and secretarial service to the multidisciplinary team. You will need to have good organisational, time management and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and experience in a busy office environment and be experienced in use of Microsoft Office. We are looking for a person who is hard working, flexible and able to prioritise their work, and who wants to be part of a highly motivated team.

* NVQ Level 4 in Business Admin or equivalent experience (4 years)
Experience
* 4 years’ experience of clerical and administrative work requiring a high degree of accuracy and working in accordance with policies/procedures
