Role Description
Russell Property is looking for a reliable and professional person to assist with:
* Lettings and sales viewings
* Routine property inspections
* Providing feedback and inspection reports to the office
This is a flexible casual role with hours varying each week, including some evenings and occasional Saturdays.
Requirements
* Friendly and professional manner
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
* Ability to work independently and manage appointments
* Basic smartphone and email skills
Property or customer service experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
Duties Include
* Meeting prospective tenants and buyers at properties
* Conducting accompanied viewings
* Carrying out property inspections using a mobile app
* Representing Russell Property professionally at all times
