What you’ll actually be doing
You’ll be the person who turns numbers into action.
* Sitting alongside operational leaders, acting as a true business partner, not a scorekeeper
* Digging into performance, spotting what others miss, and calling it out when something doesn’t stack up
* Turning data into clear, commercial insight that drives real decisions
* Holding teams to account, budgets, forecasts, targets and no hiding place
* Challenging business cases and assumptions so we invest in the right things
* Finding ways to grow revenue, reduce cost and improve margins
* Playing a key role in budgeting, forecasting and longer-term planning
* Getting stuck into projects with the Finance Director and wider business

What you’ll need to bring
* Fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
* Experience in a large, fast-paced, complex business
* Strong Excel and confidence working across multiple systems
* Commercial instinct, you understand how decisions impact profit
* The ability to influence, challenge and hold your ground
* Energy, curiosity, and a mindset that looks for improvement
