This temporary role supports commercial operations by coordinating communications, maintaining accurate project data, and ensuring alignment across internal teams, agents, and distributors. You will play a key role in supporting customer interactions, managing documentation, and enabling efficient workflows across the Taste business. Where You’ll Make a Difference Act as the first point of contact for customers, agents, and distributors. Coordinate communications and follow up on internal actions to ensure timely responses. Manage project data, documentation, and opportunities within IFF systems. Track commercial project progress and keep all stakeholders updated. Prepare quotes, gather specifications, and support documentation needs. Maintain accurate information in SAP and other IFF systems. Order, track, and manage samples and associated documentation. Support Account and Sales Managers with customer visits and related planning. Provide backup across product categories and regional assignments when required. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Experience in customer service, sales support, or quality assurance. Strong working knowledge of SAP in a logistics or service‑focused environment. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Quick learner with strong organizational skills. Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
