Production Team Leader
Working hours: Monday to Friday
Salary:£30,000 - £35,000 p/a
Location: Reading, UK
We're hiring a proactive and hands-on Production Team Leader (Line Leader) to oversee production line operations at our facility in Reading. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy motivating teams, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities of the Production Team Leader
* Lead daily activities on the production line to meet output and quality goals.
* Promote and ensure health, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor.
* Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain smooth production flow.
* Support training and performance feedback for line team members.
* Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement efforts.
* Ensure proper shift handovers and line readiness.
What Youll Need for the Production Team Leader
* At least 1 year of manufacturing experience (35 years preferred).
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and lead by example.
