About The Role
We are delivering a major transformation as we move from a portfolio of legacy healthcare products to a unified Single Health Platform. Alongside protecting critical national infrastructure, we are building a modern, data‑driven ecosystem powered by AI agents, Data as a Service, and intelligent workflows. As a Senior Product Owner within the Modernisation stream, you will define and deliver the user‑facing elements of our data ecosystem. You will shape the APIs, services, and agent capabilities that enable clinical researchers and healthcare providers to access meaningful, actionable insights. This role is focused on turning complex data capabilities into secure, scalable, and valuable products.
What You Will Do
* Define the scope and requirements for user‑facing data elements, APIs, and agent capabilities
* Own and prioritise the backlog for DaaS and AI agent initiatives
* Translate strategic objectives into clear technical stories for engineering teams
* Work closely with Shared Services and platform teams to ensure APIs are secure, scalable, and well documented
* Ensure data services deliver meaningful value to users, such as supporting early detection or population health insights
* Balance user needs, technical feasibility, and regulatory considerations
* Support integration across multiple systems within the Single Health Platform
What You Will Have
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner in a data, API, or platform environment
* Experience working with Data as a Service, API products, analytics platforms, or AI‑driven services
* Strong understanding of data structures, integration patterns, and API design principles
* Ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear product direction
* Experience managing backlogs and working closely with engineering teams
* Confidence prioritising work based on user value, delivery timelines, and technical constraints
* Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated industries is advantageous
