Role:

Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Office Manager for a 3 month role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

* Complex calendar management for senior leadership (internal and external stakeholders)
* Inbox and scheduling coordination, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and prioritisation partner
* Proactively identify calendar conflicts, priority misalignment, and anticipate needs before being asked
* Ensure the executive's time is always aligned to business priorities and high-leverage work
* Travel management, domestic and international, including itineraries, logistics, and contingency planning
* Meeting logistics and preparation: pre-reads, agendas, follow-ups, and action tracking
* Think strategically, not just tactically, understand how scheduling decisions impact business outcomes
* Co-lead office relocation projects end-to-end from scoping and planning through to execution and handover
* Coordinate with landlords, fit-out vendors, internal stakeholders, and People/Finance teams for smooth transitions
* Manage project timelines, budgets, logistics, and communication for office moves and refurbishments
* Own and drive strategic operational improvement projects as the London office scales
* Build scalable processes and documentation that grow with the business

Profile:

The successful temporary, Office Manager will have 2-3 years experience working within an EA/Office Manager capacity and will have had exposure to supporting senior leadership.

You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.

Client:

Our client is a Tech start up. You will work 5 days per week in the office.

Salary & Benefits:

This immediate, temporary Office Manager role will be paying circa £20-25 per hour. This is dependant on experience.
