We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our growing operations team at REP Fitness UK, based at our UK Headquarters in Gloucester. Reporting to the UK Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
You’ll be working hands-on within our warehouse, supporting the end-to-end flow of stock while maintaining high standards of safety, organisation, and accuracy. This role is essential to delivering the premium experience our customers expect from REP Fitness.

* Forklift licence (counterbalance and/or reach) or previous forklift experience (desirable).

* Experience handling large, heavy, or bulky items (desirable).

Job Responsibilities
* Picking, preparing, and packing customer orders accurately in line with REP Fitness shipping standards
* Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems to process stock movements and orders
* Replenishing pick locations to ensure efficient order fulfilment
* Receiving incoming deliveries, including unloading, inspecting, and counting stock
* Completing stock put-aways into correct warehouse locations
* Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and forklifts (where trained)
* Following all health & safety procedures, including safe manual handling practices
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment at all times
* Supporting stock counts, audits, and general inventory control activities
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily and weekly operational targets
* Being flexible and supporting other warehouse tasks as required
