Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience)
A respected law firm is seeking a Land Development/Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join its friendly and hardworking team based at the Bournemouth office. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of land development and commercial property matters, including:
* Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
* Handling landlord and tenant transactions
* Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documentation
* Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
* Supporting business development and contributing to team growth
* Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
* 5+ years PQE in land development and/or commercial property law
* Strong technical and drafting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confidence in managing matters independently
* A client‑focused approach with high attention to detail
* Positive attitude, motivation, and a collaborative mindset
