To support the continuous improvement and regulatory compliance of the service by providing exceptional administrative support through having excellent attention to detail. Reports are completed by professional social workers and no content changes are required, however often they can contain spelling errors, poor grammar, incorrect formatting and spelling mistakes. These mistakes need to be picked up and amended to retain the quality of the report.
There will be a requirement to ensure effective and accurate minutes are taken of our legal panel to secure consistent follow up of actions agreed. The role is a new role and will develop as we progress a flexible and helpful nature is always valued.
Quality Assurance and Auditing of Assessment Reports for Court
Administrative and Document Management
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Taking meeting minuets that could be used in a legal setting
Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Understanding of the importance of managing organisational reputation in a legal arena.
Experience producing reports, audits, or performance dashboards.
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance is desirable.
