We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Product & Project Coordinator
. In this hybrid role, you'll contribute to the design and development of our lighting products, while also supporting project planning and execution. You'll work closely with a Product Engineer who will provide technical and strategic support.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop hands-on skills in both product design and project management within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Day to Day Responsibilities
* Assist in the design of product and prototypes
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions
* Support the planning and coordination of projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
* Help maintain documentation, project plans and status updates
* Conduct user research and testing
* Work alongside a Product Engineer to iterate on designs and implement features
* Participate in team meetings and design reviews

* Be confident in communicating with manufacturing partners from the UK and far east.

* Be willing to travel if required.
What We're Looking For
* 1–2 years of experience in a product design or project coordination role (internships count)
* Basic knowledge of design tools such AutoCad, Solidworks and Adobe packages
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Interest in both design and project management, with a willingness to learn and grow
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
Salary 30-32k p/a
