The successful candidate will: * Work as part of a team to deal with timely product dispatch, working to fixed daily and weekly deadlines * Be responsible for handling returned products and processing accordingly * Establishing reasons for return, repair, credit and follow the process flow to ensure a full resolution for customers * Process orders through accurate scanning and data entry * Identify potential quality complaints and escalate in line with quality service standards * Liaising closely with other internal teams to resolve queries and issues promptly Essential Experience: * A minimum of 2 years’ experience within an aftersales, logistics, warehouse or import/export administration role * A high level of attention to detail and accuracy to ensure outstanding customer experience thro...
