Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to Year 4 learners
* Track and assess pupil progress, offering clear and constructive feedback
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning outcomes
* Engage in CPD opportunities and contribute to the wider school community
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate effectively to meet diverse learning needs
* Strong understanding of the current curriculum and educational practices
* Confident use of technology to support and enrich learning
* Effective classroom management and leadership skills
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2 (ECTs with relevant placements are encouraged to apply)
