General Teacher (Supply)

We are currently seeking a flexible and enthusiastic General Teacher to join our supply team, working across Key Stages 4 and 5. This role is perfect for those who are looking for a flexible working schedule, with the ability to choose their working days. All lessons will be pre-planned and there is no marking required, allowing you to focus fully on teaching and student engagement.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, ensuring a high level of engagement and learning.
* Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of individual classes and students.
* Maintain classroom order and discipline.
* Provide immediate feedback to students during lessons to enhance learning.
* Collaborate with other teaching staff and share feedback on student progress and lesson effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in Key Stages 4 and/or 5.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching style based on the needs of the students and the school.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for education and a commitment to professional development.
