Job Description
The customer support role will be responsible for contact with suppliers, customers and other external bodies.
* Receiving Orders and chasing Supplier delivery
* Purchase Order Processing
* First response to customer orders and supporting with processing customer documents
* Deal with incoming calls and queries as required.
* General site administration as required.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email or social media
* Provide product and service information to customers
* Manage and resolve customer complaints
* Document and update customer records based on interactions
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Support should have:
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* High level of attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using computers and related software
* A customer-centric approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Relevant experience in a customer service role
