KS3/4 and 5 Physics Specialist
FULL TIME, JANUARY 2024 START
Prospero Teaching is looking for a Physics teacher for one of our long-standing client schools in Bolton. You will be responsible for teaching Physics to Key Stages 3 and 4, and some lower school ICT. Resources and schemes of work are plentiful and to a high standard, and the classrooms have recently undergone thorough modernisation as part of the schools’ journey towards Outstanding.
The school is a mainstream Secondary School with a supportive cover team and teaching staff. The school is going from strength to strength and providing CPD throughout the year. Our school is easily accessible by road (M65, A666 and M61) – you can also walk to the school from local train and tram stations.
The position is open to NQT’s/ECT’s and more experienced colleagues. You will be paid to scale from day one of this assignment and we are available to discuss this role with teaching professionals as soon as possible.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
11. Recent Graduate, with a 2:2 or higher
12. UK Qualified Teacher Status is essential for this role
13. Previous experience working in a UK school
14. Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

15. Hold Right to Work in the UK
16. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
