The Role
What You Will Actually Be Doing… This is a hands-on design role where you will be provided with real valuable exposure from day one. Typical exposure includes …
* Concept design through to technical delivery (RIBA 1 to 4)
* High level Rhino & Revit-driven design development
* Direct involvement in client workshops and design reviews
* Cross-discipline coordination with landscape, structure & MEP etc
* Developing schemes from early sketch concepts to construction packages
* Working on live international projects across multiple time zones
This is not a back-seat role… Designers here are deeply embedded in projects and play an active role in shaping architecture from the earliest stages.
Experienced Part I’s or Architects with circa 3 to 5 years' experience
* Very strong Rhino + Revit skills (essential)
* Grasshopper desirable
* Designers who are fast, accurate and confident in production
* People who enjoy problem-solving through making and modelling
* Architects who use digital tools to enhance creativity - not drive it
