Supply Chain Co-ordinator - Fast-Growing Brand

We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Supply Chain Co-ordinator who can flourish in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building efficient systems from the ground up while managing urgent priorities with grace and expertise. Working alongside Vault X's Supply Chain Manager, you'll be at the heart of inbound and outbound operations—liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to make sure every shipment is exactly where it needs to be.
What You'll Be Doing
* Raising purchase orders in line with forecast demand
* Scheduling and tracking inbound shipments to our global hub
* Coordinating with suppliers, 3PLs, and quality control teams to resolve any delivery hiccups
* Preparing all essential shipping documents and keeping inventory records spot-on
* Updating stakeholders on shipment progress and product launch timelines
* Developing and refining operational processes as the business scales
* Managing multiple high-priority situations simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
* Excel skills and confidence with ERP systems
* Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
* Strong ability to remain calm and focused when managing competing urgent demands
* Experience building or improving operational processes in a growing business environment
* Natural problem-solver who thrives when troubleshooting critical issues under pressure and can own outcomes.
