Join Our Fantastic Team as a Care Assistant or Support Worker
Every day is different, and we are looking for compassionate individuals to join us in making a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities. Here are some of the duties you will perform:
* Assistance with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
* Escort and assist clients in and around the service, at external events and appointments.
* Support our Person-Centred approach by encouraging independence and helping clients achieve their individual aspirations.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
We offer full-time, part-time, and occasional hours with day shifts from 07:30-13:30 or 13:30-19:30, and full-day shifts from 07:30-19:30. Night enhancements of £1.50 per hour apply from 8pm to 7am, and weekend day enhancements of £2.00 per hour are paid from 7am to 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

If you are an experienced care worker or interested in starting a career in care, we would love to hear from you! Experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker is desirable but not essential. We provide excellent training and induction programs.
Key qualities include good interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure. Flexibility to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota is required.
