A well-established and respected residential developer, known for delivering high-quality and affordable new build homes in Surrey, is seeking a Customer Care Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
* Logging defects accurately and assigning jobs to engineers or specialist subcontractors
* Monitoring and maintaining the central customer service email inbox
* Updating and maintaining the company CRM system with customer communications and job progress
* Scheduling and coordinating appointments with engineers and subcontractors
* Tracking ongoing works and ensuring timely completion
* Closing completed jobs and ensuring all documentation is up to date
* Processing purchase orders and related invoices
* Supporting the Customer Care team with general administrative duties
* Ensuring service standards are maintained in line with NHBC guidelines and customer expectations
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within the house building or construction sector
* Knowledge of new build homes and NHBC standards (desirable)
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
