Overview
Customer Service Administrator required for a reputable manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied role within a friendly company of approximately 100 employees offering long‑term job security.
The successful candidate will need experience working in a customer‑focused role within a technical industry and experience with Excel.
Responsibilities
* Use SAP and Excel for order processing and record‑keeping.
* Respond to customer queries and provide updates.
* Process orders, including updating POs, handling reworks and repairs, and raising credit/debit notes.
* Liaise with production teams to complete customer orders on time.
* Update price lists, quotes, customer details and other information on systems.
* Communicate with customers regarding BOMs and drawings.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer support, sales or admin role.
* Experience working in a technical industry such as manufacturing, engineering, pharma, or similar.
* Proficiency in Excel.
