What You’ll Do This is a varied and fast-paced 180 recruitment consultant role where you will: * Manage and grow a warm primary desk, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. * Source, interview, and place high-quality teachers and support staff. * Manage the full recruitment cycle with accuracy, organisation, and safeguarding compliance. * Conduct client visits to build new relationships and enhance service delivery. * Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture.
