This business is known for strong quality systems, well-engineered products and operational discipline, and is now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of site operations. The Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will have full responsibility for end-to-end operations, including production, quality assurance, procurement, stock control and logistics. This is a hands-on leadership role with genuine authority, suited to someone who thrives on structure, accountability and continuous improvement.
