Sales Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a successful Software Solutions Company based in Basingstoke. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
Loading Customers' orders
Providing ETAs on all back-ordered items
Assisting sales team in resolving any potential issues that arise
Working alongside couriers to resolve and manage shipments
Completing project tasks as set by line manager
Liaising with multiple departments including Accounts, Operations, Purchasing and Sales
Providing outstanding customer serviceRequirements:
Previous sales support experience
Proficient with Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
Strong social and communication skills
Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
The Role:
Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.15pm
Fully office based (possibility of 1 day work from home after probation period)
Salary of £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
