We are recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a modern chilled warehouse operation in Tewkesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable role with ongoing training and genuine career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate Counterbalance FLTs safely within warehouse and loading areas
* Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately
* Pick and prepare customer orders
* Carry out stock replenishment and stock rotation
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and health & safety
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure orders are dispatched on time
Requirements:
* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (renewed within the last 3 years)
* Previous FLT experience within warehouse, FMCG, food production, or distribution environments
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Flexible and reliable approach to shift work
* Own transport required due to early start times
