Private Client Solicitor – 6+ Years PQE – Maidenhead / Hybrid

* Maidenhead, Berkshire (SL6), with 2–3 days/week in office and the rest remote
About the Firm
The client is a well-established, reputable law firm known for its high-quality Private Client services, including wills, trusts, estate planning, LPAs, Court of Protection and probate. The firm has a strong client care ethos and offers a supportive and collaborative environment. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years PQE in Private Client law
* Strong technical ability in complex wills, trusts, estate planning, LPAs and estate administration
* STEP qualification (or working towards it) desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to manage an independent caseload and develop client relationships
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of Private Client matters, including HNW clients
* Advise on estate planning, tax and trust structures
* Draft wills, LPAs and handle probate matters with minimal supervision
* Develop and maintain client relationships and business development opportunities
Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary in line with senior-level roles in the South East (circa £80k–£95k DOE)

* Hybrid working: typically 2–3 days in the Maidenhead office, with the balance remote
