Job Title: IT ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
Car allowance: £3600.00 per annum
OTE: Uncapped – up to 12.5% commission against sold GP (expectations 2.5K in bonus per month earnt)
Focus – Cross selling new IT products into existing customers & renew customers on existing telco products
Reports to: MD/CEO
Hours: Full time
WHAT WE DON’T WANT
A person that:
o Can’t manage themselves competently
o Likes shying away from going to see customers across the UK face to face – wants to WFH 5 days a week
o Doesn’t hit targets
o Doesn’t identify cross sales opportunities and up sell other products from our portfolio
o Has no personality
o Is a non-results driven person, who is happy to settle for 2nd best
o Is unmotivated
o Is an individual and has no aspirations
o Can’t provide confident advice to customers.
o Cant sell telecoms products (We currently have a base that’s heavily Mobile and Hosted centric)
o Doesn’t understand Guru are in the SME space so we expect an entrepreneurial drive

You will take responsibility for retaining our clients, developing relationships and upselling our portfolio of products.
