About the Role: As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning process. You will work closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons, provide targeted support to students, and contribute to the overall development of the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, tailored to their individual needs.
* Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Assist with the assessment and tracking of student progress.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support student development.
* Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the wider school community.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably at Level 3.
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
