Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership and management for the Art department.
* Develop and implement a dynamic and engaging Art curriculum across Key Stages 3-5.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated Art teachers.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Fine Art or a related subject.
* Significant experience teaching Art at secondary level, including leadership experience.
* Proven track record of raising student achievement in Art and leading successful teams.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* A clear vision for outstanding Art education.
