The Role
* Order processing and accuracy – Process and track customer orders, verify product availability, and maintain accurate records in the order management system.
* Logistics coordination – Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules with the logistics team and manage the flow of shipments from packaging to dispatch.
* Document management – Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents, such as bills of lading, shipping notices, and customs declarations.
* Issue resolution – Act as the point of contact for order‑related issues, including delayed or damaged shipments, customer complaints, and billing inquiries.
* Cross‑functional collaboration – Work with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and purchasing, to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
* Compliance and reporting – Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety procedures. Generate reports on order volume, performance, and issues.
What Do You Need to Have?
* Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or related field.
* 1 to 2 years of experience in shipping order management, shipping coordination or logistics support role.
* He/she with non-tertiary education but possesses order management shipping experience is welcome to apply.
* Strong understanding of shipping processes, documentation, and compliance.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple shipments and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
