* St. Charles Urgent Care Centre
* Parsons Green Walk-In Centre
These roles are ideal for Nurses and Allied Health Professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
You’ll work autonomously to assess and treat patients presenting with acute, undifferentiated conditions, supported by Advanced Clinical Practitioners and our dedicated Practice Educator.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping and improving urgent care services while developing your advanced clinical and diagnostic skills.

Main duties of the job
* Deliver autonomous, same-day urgent care using advanced clinical reasoning
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across healthcare and partner organisations
* Support service development, quality improvement and audits
* Take part in shift coordination and operational leadership
* Maintain competencies across adult and paediatric care (full support provided)
* Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, carers and colleagues
* Deliver inclusive, culturally sensitive care
