Lugana Restaurant is looking for bar manager for our Wine bar next door to our restaurant.
We are looking for someone with experience in working behind a bar, making cocktails, mixers, pouring wine, other drinks and to make coffees.
The job will require the individual to work behind the bar 5 days a week from Wednesday to Sunday. Monday and Tuesday its closed so be days off. The position is full time.
The job requires to work all 5 days and these are non negotiable.
The opening hours are Wednesday and Thursday 5pm-10pm Friday 4pm-12
Saturday and Sunday 12-12.
The applicant MUST also be 25 or over due to the alcohol licence and have previous experience working behind a bar.
