**About the Role:**
Unity Oxford are seeking a Transaction Manager to oversee and streamline the vehicle sales process, ensuring transactions are completed smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly. The role involves close collaboration with our sales team, customers, finance providers, and dealership management. In addition to managing the transaction process, you'll also be involved in valuing part exchange vehicles, second-facing customers, and occasionally selling vehicles directly.
**Brands We Represent:**
You’ll be working with a range of respected brands, including Alfa Romeo, Abarth, Fiat, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and soon GMC/Chevrolet and Kove Motorcycles.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Process Management:** Oversee vehicle sales, assist in closing deals, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- **Valuation & Sales:** Support the team in valuing part exchange vehicles, second-facing customers, and selling vehicles directly.
- **Finance & Insurance (F&I):** Present finance options and additional products to customers, secure financing, and handle necessary paperwork.
- **Customer Service:** Guide customers through the transaction process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth experience.
- **Compliance & Documentation:** Ensure all transactions are FCA Compliant and maintain accurate records.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, finance, and aftersales teams, providing training and support as needed.
- **Reporting & Analysis:** Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain relationships with your team as well as Manufacturers, Finance providers and other partners.
**Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales or management would be beneficial, or a related role within a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products.
- Excellent negotiation, customer service, and organisational skills.
- Technical Proficiency in systems and processes.
