Be the cornerstone of HR comprehensive services
As a HR Coordinator, you will be a key member of our HR team, providing full HR administration and coordination services to both internal teams and external customers. You will act as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Administering HR processes and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
2. Maintaining and updating HR systems with employment-related information.
3. Preparing letters and contractual changes, including flexible working and reference requests.
4. Handling initial HR inquiries and managing the HR mailbox, ensuring timely responses.
5. Collaborating with external parties on benefit administration and managing supplier relationships.
6. Providing general administrative support, including organizing events and maintaining the expense system.
We'd love you to have:
1. Previous experience in HR administration, general administration, or customer service roles is desirable.
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
4. The ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
5. Motivation, eagerness to learn, and being a good team player who can work independently.
